Take clear, current photos
- 1Put today's date on the glass on a sticky note, lower passenger side: 9/23/26
- 2Photograph the whole windshield from outside, in daylight, with the note visible.
- 3Get close to anything you're unsure about like a chip or scratch. Full-resolution phone photos work best.
No approval needed to continue. If our review shows damage we can't cover, we'll cancel that vehicle's membership and refund you in full. We record each photo's camera date, upload time and a digital fingerprint.
