Chip repair and replacement are covered once the client's photos are approved, with no waiting period. Existing damage isn't covered. Replacement glass is OEM or OEM-equivalent; dealer glass is only used if OEM glass isn't available.

Will Universal market to my clients or show that I referred them?
No. We don't market to your book, and we never publish who referred a customer. Your link simply credits the enrollment to you. The client only sees "Recommended by your insurance agent".
Can my clients refer their friends?
Yes. ClearPass members can join Free & Clear, our member referral program, and earn free months when friends join. Your client relationships aren't affected: clients you referred stay credited to you.
Is ClearPass insurance?
No. It's a month-to-month service membership from Universal Glass, a licensed glass contractor. It doesn't replace auto insurance; it covers windshield repair, replacement and camera recalibration.
What can I see in my dashboard?
Every client who joins through your link or code: their name, vehicles, tier and membership status (pending review, active, canceled). You never see their payment details or photos. The ClearPass terms tell clients their referring agent can see this.
Should my client drop glass coverage?
That's your call as their agent. ClearPass is built as an alternative to glass coverage, but you know their policy and carrier.
Which carriers and vehicles qualify?
Any carrier. Cars, SUVs, pickups and vans parked in Maricopa County. Not RVs or motorhomes, buses, semi-trucks, heavy equipment, motorcycles or boats.
Does it cost me anything?
