Why does my price depend on my vehicle?
Windshields cost very different amounts to replace. Glass with a heads-up display, or a windshield with lane-keep cameras that must be recalibrated, costs far more than basic glass. Every member gets the same protection; your vehicle sets the monthly price.
Should I drop glass coverage from my insurance?
That's a decision to make with your agent. Many members remove glass coverage once they join, but your agent can tell you what it means for your policy.
What if I'm not sure my car has lane-keep assist or a heads-up display?
Answer "Not sure" and we'll price it at the higher tier. When we review your photos and VIN, if the feature isn't there, we lower your price and refund the difference.
Why do you need photos of my windshield?
They show the windshield's condition when you join. You take them live with your phone's camera on our site, so there's no sticky note to write. We review them within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday for photos sent on a Friday or weekend). If our team spots damage we can't cover, we'll cancel that vehicle's membership and refund you in full.
What glass do you use?
OEM glass, or OEM-equivalent glass made to the original manufacturer's specifications for fit, clarity and safety. Dealer glass is only used if OEM glass isn't available.
Can I cover more than one vehicle?
Yes. Add as many vehicles as you like before checkout, or add a vehicle anytime from your account dashboard. Each vehicle is priced by its own tier and billed as its own monthly membership.
Which vehicles qualify?
Cars, SUVs, pickup trucks and vans parked in Maricopa, Pinal or Yavapai counties. ClearPass doesn't cover RVs or motorhomes, buses, semi-trucks, heavy equipment, motorcycles or boats.
What if I sell my vehicle?
Cancel that vehicle's ClearPass from your account. Memberships don't transfer to the new owner, but they're welcome to enroll the vehicle themselves.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any vehicle online from your account, or call us. It's month to month with no contract. You're billed on the day of the month you joined (the last day of the month when a month is shorter), and coverage runs until your next billing date.
